Bubbles & Brooms, LLC operates the Bubble n’ Broom website, which provides commercial and residential cleaning services. We value your trust in allowing us into your homes and offices, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your privacy. At no time will our team members share information about  you, your location, appointment time/date, contents of your location or any personal information. As part of our commitment to your privacy, we do not outsource any of our work.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you. At no time are methods of payment stored either digitally or by team members. 

But, we encourage you to remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Health & Safety

It is the policy of Bubbles & Brooms to pay the highest regard to health and safety of not only our team members, but our clients as well.  It is recognized that successful health and safety management contributes to successful business performance.  The Company recognizes that health and safety can only be effectively maintained through full collaboration of team members and our valued clients.  This will be achieved by the contributions of individuals on our team through training designed to encourage and promote the development of a positive health and safety culture, and maximized by our clients by ensuring that hazardous materials, including but not limited to; firearms; chemical substances, aggressive animals and valuables are secured and/or not left unattended.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that “life happens” and sometimes there may be a need to cancel or re-schedule. If you find yourself in that situation, we respectfully request that you provide 24-hour notice. Cancellations (re-schedules) made with less notice may result in minimal service fee. If a client cancels 3 consecutive appointments, we reserve the right to charge a full service fee and suspend service.
